Kent Said

Let us begin with one cell zygote. Swami Vivekananda said, “From the lowest protoplasm to more perfect human being there is really but one life the whole of this life which slowly manifest itself evolves itself from the protoplasm to the perfected human, the incarnation of god on earth. The whole of this series is but one life and the whole of this manifestation must have been involved in the protoplasm.(Swami vivekananda complete works ii page 228.”

Our subject is to search for original inner man. After the formation of zygote we can try to stimulate the inner man. (The incarnation of god on earth) we should try to trigger up his immune system. He will certainly gain power to fight against the present, past, future and genetic diseases. I am giving so much stress on this point because I have convinced that a large number of selected chronic and complicated cases [recent, past and genetic] are remarkably well. How is it possible? We have to start from Garbha Upanishad. Swamiji said, man can not do any sin. He wanted to convey us that the man means the purer form of man. (inner man) That is why the main pain that man is going to encounter after birth is that he did not attain the real objective of his life, which happens to be to realize his true spiritual potential.

Garbha [womb] Upanishad said, “When the Brain of the foetus forms while in womb, the foetus is not distracted by the senses, and its connection with the attractions and distractions of the outside world.” So now the soul, imprisoned within the mother, goes through physical and emotional turmoil. He now realizes the fact that he is going to incarnate once again to go through trials and tribulations, whose main objective is that he learns through pain to become, what is intrinsically is an image of god. The garb Upanishad states, that  the foetus promises god, that he will not repeat his evil deeds, But alas , when a child is born a force called the ‘Vaishnava Prana’ touches him, and he forgets his thoughts and prayer. So the learning process continues. After several trials and tribulations he begins to know the sayings of Gita, “The self is never born , never dies .It never undergoes change and never ceases to exit. Unborn, Ancient, Eternal, Immutable, Everlasting. The self does not die when the body dies.”

To know this secret Arjun in Bhagvad Geeta asked Krishna “what happens, if man dies while putting in his effort to learn about spiritual truth in one life?” Bhagaban Ramakrishna said it is possible. But that man takes off from where he left. These are all eternal truths as our ancient RISHIS [the seers of truth] were able to grasp and visualize such intense secrets about body and soul in those ancient days when there were no traces of today’s modern science and research. To go one step ahead we can even say that parts of this Upanishad are yet to be physically researched and understood. It is during the nine month all the sense organs and intellect organs attain completeness. And during this time, the jiban is reminded of its previous birth and it realizes all the good and bad deeds it committed during such previous birth. However, when he reaches the birth source [vagina] and comes out of it with great difficulty on to the earth, he is inflicted with the illusory force [maya] created by Vishnu and immediately forgets all the previous births and the deeds performed there in. His memory is cleansed of all the history the very moment he first inhales the air after coming to the earth. So under the influence of Maya [illusion] he inherits the coating of grief, sorrow, joy, cruelty, selfishness, amusement, vindictiveness, habits, addiction, gentleness religiousness, and various types of physical and mental diseases.

The above occurrences are influenced by ‘Maya’ is due to their past deeds, environmental, social condition, faulty life styles, and above all the genetic background. So originality of character is more or less intact in the childhood. As the day advances he tries to behave according to the condition. He is superimposed by other external factors. Our task will be easy if we try to identify the inner man from the very beginning.

Master Kent said, Although the chief characteristic features are inherited from parents, present in the unicellular zygote, from different organs and their functions and sensations remain unchanged throughout the life, although it is considered that identifying characters have been changed. But to identify that chief inherited features among the crowd of symptoms [both inherited and acquired ] is the most difficult job, which is the easiest by going back to the patients childhood following the guiding symptoms YOU  MUST GO BACK.

Master Kent also said “That the patient has the same diseases he had when he is born. This array of symptoms represents the state before the pathological conditions have been formed as after.” We should consider the go back theory to reach towards the purer form of man. But other factors ie. miasm, uncommon symptom, present persisting and predominating symptoms should also be considered. But the first and foremost duties of a physician to confirm the diagnosis after complete health check up. After that we have to consider the above factors. I think in chronic conditions the mental is comparatively more reliable as there is too much overlapping of physical symptoms in Repertory and Materia medica .

This opinion was supported by English churchman and philosopher, Bishop George Berkley - “Material  reality had no independent existence outside the mind, consisting solely on Gods perfected thought.”
